Noshin is a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor with 20 years of experience working as an educator for both children and adults. As part of that work, she has supported multiple individuals with ADHD and Autism (diagnosed and undiagnosed), and now counsels adults with the same conditions who struggle to feel connected and understood in their relationships. She uses a variety of therapeutic approaches including parts-work, transpersonal therapy, and somatic therapy to help her clients work through feelings of disconnection, isolation, and loss through the lens of understanding how a combination of neurodiversity, early attachment experiences, and ancestral traumas have impacted their current life circumstances. By gaining a deeper understanding of this inner landscape, she can help empower life choices that bring a greater sense of purpose, meaning, and fulfillment.
Noshin can help you work through neurodiversity-related challenges such as:
– Social Isolation & Loneliness
– Self-Esteem & Self-Worth
– Feelings of Overwhelm, Disconnection, or Low Motivation in Relationships & Careers
– Parenting Support
– Anxiety & Depression
– Life Transitions & Personal Growth
– Cross Cultural & Intergenerational Traumas
